You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Floor This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together. For Custom-tailored Floor-length Dresses, our tailor will make dress 5cm longer because of barefoot measuring for hollow to hem.
  For Maternity Dresses
  Upper Bust Measure around the highest part of your chest directly under the arms.Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides.	Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Shoulder Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.	Arm Length Arm Length - Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist.	Armscye Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the arm pit, and up the back of the shoulder.

Return Policy Overview

You may return any returnable item that it is in its original condition with packaging intact sold by mylove-dress.com within 72 hours after you receive your order (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information). Several conditions must be met before mylove-dress will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. We accept returns via mail only. If you want to return any items you purchased at mylove-dress.com, please send an email to our customer service mylovesale@gmail.com , and we will direct you finish your return.For all returnable items purchased online, please email to mylovesale@gmail.com  to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number within 72 hours after you receive the package (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information).

 Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. Your RMA confirmation will include the address where you should ship your return. If you are returning a dress, your RMA confirmation will include an address label (not prepaid) that you can use to return your merchandise to the proper address. Please include the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package..

Items that are Not Returnable

mylove-dress.com does not accept returns of the following items:

Custom Tailored Items, including

• The dresses we tailored according to the pictures provided by customer
• - The dresses we tailored with any style alternation according to the customers’ special requirements, including but not limited to train alternation, straps alternation and back-style alternation.
• - The dresses we tailored with custom size required by customers
• - Items more than 72 hours after customers receive their order (the date of signing to receive package according to the Shipping Courier’s package tracking information).
• - Any product not in its original condition – new, complete,unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair

Non-refundable Items

mylove-dress.com does not refund for any item that is not returnable.

If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the item back to you when we receive your shipping fee accordingly.

Full Refund

You will receive a refund for the item pric e plus shipping and handling fees if the return is the result of our error. Please note refunds for the return shipping fee are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.

If you think there is problem with your order, please email to mylovesale@gmail.com  to provide us the evidence and detailed explanation for the problem. We will check and make sure whether the problem is the result of our error.

Partial Refund

We also offer partial refunds if you would like to return a returnable items but conditions for a full refund is not met.

• Any returnable items returned for reasons not due to our error: up to 70% of item's price.Free Shipping Item: Shall minus the shipping costs.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 30% of item's price. Free Shipping Item: Shall minus the shipping costs.

Receiving a Refund

We’ll check and make sure the conditions of your returned item after we receive and process your return according to our Return Policy.

If your return is meet full refund or partial refund condition, we will refund you in 5 to 10 working days by PAYPAL since we receive the returned item.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
